Account Director – Strategic Marketing Agency

FS – Property - Retail – Investments - Corporate

We’ve partnered with a fantastic London agency who’re looking to add an Account Director to this already impressive team of industry recognised strategic marketers.

Your role will be to lead client relationships, strategic and operational, and maintain growth across existing business whilst increasing new and prospective opportunities.

We’ll be looking for a strategic thinking Account Director with skills in marketing campaign creation and implementation. You’ll come from a marketing background with a degree level of education and 5 year’s or more experience within and agency side environment. You’ll have marketing and campaign strategy and planning skills which can be utilised to improve brand recognition both for the agency and their clients.

You’ll be used to working in a progressive, process driven environment, we’re looking for someone that understands the benefits that this type of culture has to offer.

This is an agency that empowers people with the responsibility they deserve, so being able to manager your own team and their performance and client relationships is important. We’ll need you to be comfortable mentoring, be responsible for managing your team, your employee relations and the team culture as well as their development within the agency.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining lasting client relationships, be responsible for developing proposals, pitch and presentation documents, and identify who’s good at what in order to delegate to the right skill set.
