This successful integrated agency group are based in the heart of London’s city. They host an enviable list of residential property clients that operate in London and across the country. They work on prestigious developments nationally. An exciting agency with an exciting future for those with a passion of Residential Property Marketing.

Your Role
This is suited to an ambitious candidate with the strategic and leadership skills to build client relationships and increase revenue through increased business.

We’re looking for either, an existing Client Relationship Director or someone in a Senior Client facing position, such as a Senior Account Manager or maybe a junior AD or CSM. Someone looking to take their next step in the business, perhaps someone looking to work on some great accounts within a dedicated and passionate Property Marketing Agency business in the City, maybe you’re looking to move to the city from the same, similar or closely related sector.

You’ll no doubt be very familiar with the property and residential building sector and the demands they put on their marketing agency, although very enjoyable it’s a fast-paced business so you need to understand your client’s requirements well. You’ll come with a knowledge of the integrated marketing offerings available within a well-rounded and very capable agency, covering all things digital, offline and design for print as well as marketing suites, media, advertising and anything else associated with high value lifestyle marketing and branding.

This is a role for those with the ability to manage their time according to the clients they work with and the work-loads you be required to manage, often being the person making sure the rest of their supporting team of account managers and creatives are working to deliver on time, on budget and on point. I’m sure all of this will be second nature for the right person!
