Job Description

Creative Director

Are you a Creative Director with more to offer than is currently being asked of you?
Are you looking to work in an integrated agency that’ll put you in front of even more exciting brands to impress?
Do you have all the skills and experience to work within a respected agency and head up a seriously talented well established and sizeable creative team?
Are you happy to take on and capable of running and improving the creative output, improving processes, winning pitches and becoming involved in everything to do with the agency’s day-to-day productivity?

Yes?! then we need to speak!

We’re looking for a ‘brilliant’, concept led, talented hands-on Creative Director who’s looking for their careers ‘big break’! A CD that can creatively communicate with the ability to command the respect of their team – both in the boardroom and on their Mac and a career history that shows us that everything you’ve done to date was simply to get to work with some of the biggest and best brands we all know and love every day of our lives.
You’ll be a Creative Director with pedigree, gained within a professional, integrated, ‘top agency’ based career.

You’ll come with a fantastic and diverse folio that qualifies you without question, it’ll need to illustrate your multi channel design abilities. We’re looking for world class creativity coupled with the analytical and conceptual person you are. All this, and the ability to manage multiple, integrated and often demanding and multi faceted creative briefs, you’ll be our clients 'go to' for the next phase of our development.

Your ability to court the client and extract their creative requirements while always looking for and exploring, 'extracting' that extra and unexpected client requirement, only the commercially aware would have, is an important part of the creative process. We’ll be looking for someone who is bright, articulate and well versed in conducting the creative process while keeping the other creative team members motivated and focused on delivering engaging and intelligently formulated design and marketing collateral.

You’ll need to be you! A Graphic Designing artist, able to play with the English language, clever with colour, an innovator who’s experienced the things that makes our senses and emotions come to life, but more importantly, someone that enjoys the pleasure others get from the emotive designs and stories you create through well conceived ideas our clients brands.

We’ll be looking for a natural leader where creativity is concerned, at the same time you’ll be a very hands on creative with the confidence and conviction of your abilities to be able to lead your team from the front whilst at the same time having the talent to make to ensure your fellow team members feel every bit as important as you are. A strong ideas person with all the creativity and charm required to woo the clients and the team with your creative prowess, not always required to be conceptual but having the ability to conduct your team to produce design with a story non-the-less! Having the ability to articulate your ideas too, through cleverly formulated ‘rationale’ all backed up with the masterfully orchestrated delivery of the pitch. We’ll need you to own the boardroom when you begin your delivery of the final design ideas, tuned in and pitch perfect. We need an intelligent, confident, hands-on ‘designer at heart’ with the ability to draw in and captivate the client, each and every time.

Required degree eduction is vital, but more importantly some very recent commercial experience across multiple sectors and brands, someone with the life experience only gained through those failures and the all important successes! We’re looking for new blood, maybe a creative that’s won the title of Creative Director more recently, or perhaps someone that has held the title for a hand full of years that’s ready to take on something more rewarding.
