We’re look for a creatively articulate senior designer or a mid level looking for that next step up, with a career history gained within a creative and marketing led agency background, probably gained in London.

You’ll come with a book that qualifies your abilities and exposure to big brands with big budgets. Your folio will need to demonstrate your multi channel design abilities. All this and the ability to manage multiple projects, although mostly print, occasionally fully integrated and demanding ones.

Who are you.

We’ll we think you’ll need to be a strong ‘Big Idea’ driven personality with all the creativity and charm required to impress the clients with your creative prowess, not always conceptual, only when it’s required, but having the ability to articulate your ideas through cleverly formulated ‘rational’, all backed up with the a masterfully orchestrated delivery of the pitch, when required. We need an intelligent, confident hands on designer with the ability to draw in and captivate the end customer.

That’s enough of the fluff, I’m sure you get what it is we’re looking for, here’s what you need skills wise.

Some brilliance!

A little smugness, only as required of course!

Mastery in Creative Suite.

Fantastic tea brewing skills, Yup, tea and coffee is the only way those creative juices are kept flowing.

Of course all this needs to be backed up with a degree, and you’ll need all the obvious skills in industry software, and an AWSOME folio!

All we need from you now.

Your CV submission and an attached Folio/Book or whatever yours is, maybe a link to your website! A full breakdown of your salary and benefits including bonuses etc, overtime and hours you work, holiday allowance and anything else you can think of mentioning.
